As Team Lead for People Business Partners (DE), you will play a pivotal role in executing our HR strategy at DocMorris. You will collaborate closely with the management team to understand the business objectives, challenges, and strategic drivers, ensuring that our people management aligns optimally with them. 


Together with the People Leadership Team, you will concentrate on the ‘ONE TEAM’ approach and, as the liaison between the People areas and the People Partners, facilitate effective communication, empower the People Partners in their roles, and play a crucial part in ensuring we retain, motivate, and develop the best talent.

What you will do

  • Strategic People Partnering & Consulting: You will primarily advise and support the People Partner team in stakeholder management. Additionally, you may directly assist managers at all levels on various HR-related topics, ranging from organisational development to change management processes. You will ensure that HR strategies are closely aligned with DocMorris' OKRs.

  • Leading & developing the People Partner team: You will lead and develop a high-performing team of People Partners by setting clear objectives, fostering career progression, and driving individual development plans.

  • Labour law & compliance: You will ensure that legal requirements, company agreements, and people standards are adhered to while keeping the company up to date with labour law issues.

  • Data-driven people management: You will analyse people metrics, derive actionable insights, and ensure that data-driven decisions are made to improve the company's performance.

  •  Project management & implementation:   You will coordinate and lead people-related projects, such as organisational change or talent management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders both within and outside the People department.

 

  • Operational support & processes: You will translate People strategies into operational execution, develop efficient processes, and optimise existing workflows both within and outside of Workday, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure high-quality service in People.

 

  • Communication strategies & change management: You will develop and implement effective communication strategies for people-related projects, ensuring transparency and clarity during changes within the company.

 

  • Coaching & cultural development: You will act as a role model in cultural development matters and promote a strong DocMorris team culture. You will actively support managers in their professional growth, helping them lead, motivate, and develop their teams successfully.

 

What you bring

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience in people management at a senior level within a dynamic, internationally-oriented company.

  • Strong knowledge of German labour law; experience with Dutch labour law is an advantage.

  • Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements within a people function.

  • Proven track record of strategic collaboration with leadership teams and the successful implementation of people strategies.

  • Experience managing complex people projects such as restructuring, organisational change, and talent management.

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, develop, and empower teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and derive effective people strategies.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Change management expertise to effectively support and implement transformation processes.

  • A high level of initiative and a solution-oriented, ‘hands-on’ mentality.

  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on long-term goals.

  • Fluency in German and English; Dutch is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
