To provide a value-adding, proactive and supportive learning, development and training function for all associates, contributing to the successful delivery of the resort’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to service standards, audits, associate satisfaction, guest satisfaction and profitability. To drive and promote a culture of continuous improvements by developing and delivering effective and innovative operational training initiatives aligned to Forbes Travel Guide and AA Hotel Quality Standards, which embrace the Trump Hotel brand standards and values, and support associates in achieving their personal and professional goals. This position is available on a full-time basis. The shift pattern of the role will mirror operational shift patterns, 5 days out of 7, over Monday to Sunday weekly (including early, late and night shifts if required) to maximise training impact for all associates across all departments.
