This pivotal role offers the chance to shape and deliver the company’s HR strategy, develop policies, support workforce planning, and champion employee well-being. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will help ensure the organisation remains a great place to work as it continues to grow. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership position, ideally within a fast-growing business. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of UK employment law, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HRIS systems. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential.
