About the Role

Playing an integral role and member of the London Department Head Leadership team, this role will be responsible for the management of the practice office HR advisory team and will be partnering with senior business and HR leaders to deliver the people agenda for the London office. This role will provide subject matter expertise, while effectively partnering with centres of excellence, as well as developing and leading team and project workstreams that execute Human Capital & Talent strategies. This role will be located in our London office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to global and practice office leadership, and providing advice and guidance across all human capital topics at a complex level, including employee relations and policy application and development
  • Driving initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and professional advancement programmes
  • Providing oversight of performance management and compensation processes and practices
  • Utilising data-driven insights to optimise Human Capital & Talent strategies, and leveraging market intelligence to make informed business decisions
  • Championing colleague well-being and enabling a work environment that is equitable and offers fair treatment, transparency, inclusiveness, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Display impactful communication and interpersonal abilities, and pride yourself on delivering excellence to clients and stakeholders
  • Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organisational levels


And have:

 

  • Relevant progressive Human Resources leadership and management experience
  • Experience of working in a global matrixed organisation
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field
