We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business leaders in developing a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, influencing decision-making, ensuring compliance and driving change across key HR functions.
Championing a culture of high performance, you will lead engagement and retention initiatives, support succession planning, and work closely with business leaders to develop talent. You'll coach and support leaders, ensuring they model strong leadership principles while collaborating with the wider HR team on talent, reward, organisational development, wellbeing and engagement strategies.
Using people metrics and analytics, you will identify trends, inform strategy, and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. You will also support HR technology transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption while keeping up with emerging HR technology trends to enhance efficiency.
This role plays a key part in optimising organisational design, ensuring structures align with strategic goals. You'll oversee complex employee relations matters, provide expert HR guidance, and ensure compliance with employment law. Additionally, you’ll support the development and implementation of HR policies, facilitate change management processes, and drive continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us that you are a strategic and hands-on HR leader with extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational design. You have a degree in HR or equivalent experience, are a CIPD member, and have significant experience managing HR projects, employee relations, and organisational change. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and provide innovative solutions.
You'll be able to show us excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working with people and be able to work in a confident manner to deliver results. You'll be organised, methodical and able to maintain accurate records, demonstrate good time management with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise as necessary. You'll also be able to show us experience of analysing complex information and the ability communicate this to a range of audiences.
