As Principal People Business Partner (m/f/d) for Supply Chain you take on a strategic role responsible for aligning people initiatives with business priorities. This position requires building and maintaining credible relationships with functional leadership, operating as a strategic partner, and providing comprehensive support and solutions on people-related matters.
The role also involves coaching and mentoring business leaders, managing transformational change, overseeing complex employee relations to meet business needs and drive organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
Operate as a strategic partner and be the central point of contact to business leaders to ensure alignment and commitment in the design and implementation of global people initiatives.
Coach and mentor senior business leaders on managing key people challenges, providing guidance and insight to build confidence and capability in people management
Support senior business leaders in managing transformational change by developing change processes and mitigation strategies to minimize employee impact and maintain business continuity.
Overseeing complex employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, especially those with cross-border implications.
Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and propose strategic improvements.
Work closely with other People teams to support the development, rollout, and execution of strategic Talent initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, change management, and organizational design.
Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues within the People function, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance capabilities and support the transformation of the People function.
Provide regular reports on key HR activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of business administration or human resources.
At least 7 years of experience in providing proactive and professional HRBP support and advice to senior leaders in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience partnering with Supply Chain or Manufacturing functions
Strong business fluency; ability to combine financial acumen and business operation knowledge with HR expertise and an understanding of the talent landscape.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, able to confidently engage and challenge senior leaders.
Able to influence and coach other to drive change and desired outcomes
Results oriented change management skills.
Fluent written and spoken English skills. German or Polish is a plus
