Are you an experienced professional with a talent for organization and a passion for executive support? We're seeking a highly skilled Management Assistant (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting a board member by managing a variety of administrative and project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to strategic initiatives at the highest levels of the company. To work in the headquarter office in Walldorf, close to Heidelberg, is a prerequisite. 

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • Covering a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Daily tasks include project management activities.
  • Being responsible for travel bookings, calendar management, global meeting arrangements, and other related tasks.
  • Using your deep background in business administration as well as excellent organizational skills.
  • Event planning.
  • Supporting internal projects, including decision making within clearly defined framework of departmental guidelines and practices, ad-hoc support as needed by leaders and her teams.
  • Community building & best practice sharing between P&C organization.

 

 YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and team assistance.
  • Experience in managing projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work experience 5+ years.
