Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the HR Manager at AirX Jet Support UK will play a critical role in executing strategic HR plans, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Act as main handler for all administration duties across the employment cycle starting from recruitment and selection, onboarding as well as terminations.
  • Hold periodic meetings with team members and members of management in relation to probation reviews, performance assessments and conducting of exit interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management, prepare documents for yearly budgets and liaise with Head of Department and Executive Management as required.
  • Assisting the Head of Human Resources in updating HR internal processes and procedures. 
  • Manage the posting and upkeep of recruitment vacancy adverts across multiple online channels. 
  • Take lead with screening, shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates. 
  • Lead with obtaining previous references for selected new hires. 
  • Compile, coordinate and schedule training agendas for new joiners. 
  • Conduct full HR orientation including meeting with all new hires and explaining training agenda. 


Requirements


  • Strong time management and organisational skills and excellent communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision. 
  • An approachable personality – willing to interact with employees across different levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations which require empathy and strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Adaptability and flexibility – demonstrating a willingness to learn and evolve with the needs of the department and company. 
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Legislation. 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally working for an international company.
  • Must hold a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
