Job Description
Functions:
Pursue and execute the strategic direction of HR on behalf of the business unit and the regional top
Provide the strategic input to the regional management team and build leadership capabilities, organizational capabilities and a culture with the local market place.
Ensure the implementation and rollout of high value HR processes at business level and ensuring that transactional HR excellence is provided
Qualifications
Requirements:
Fluent English
Proven record as a HR manager and at least 3-4 years of experience in the position
Business or HR background
Cross functional HR knowledge
Experience negotiating with unions
Excellent people and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to perform and adapt to multinational environments
