What you will do:
 

  • You are responsible for the complete HR life cycle (organizational and administrative) and are entrusted with the maintenance and expansion of our HR management tool (Human Experience Tool, HXM).
  • You will prepare the monthly payroll accounting together with an external accountant and will be the contact person for managers and employees on payroll accounting issues.
  • You take care of the correspondence with health insurance companies, insurances, offices and authorities and prepare certificates, evaluations and statistics and are the contact person within the scope of monthly and year-end closing work.
  • Participate in Global HR Projects as well as conception and execution of special projects.
  • Prepare employment contracts or guidelines, post job openings, organize and schedule interviews as well as preparing Letter of References.
  • Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
  • Provide direction to management and staff on procedures, local laws and regulations involving payroll.
  • You propose and document process improvements and policy changes in coordination with the local HR teams.
  • Other tasks assigned.



What we are looking for:
 

  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience in operational HR business.
  • Knowledge of a common payroll program and ideally have already worked with HR software.
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security law.
  • You convince with your intercultural competence as well as confident communication in German and English on all levels.
  • In addition to excellent knowledge of payroll tax law, social security law and labor law, you keep your cool even in turbulent times and maintain a strong service and consulting orientation.
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment, good time management and an independent way of working.
  • You have a strong understanding of numbers, work in an organized and meticulous manner, are a team player, can work under pressure and enjoy taking on responsibility.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with personnel and salary data are just as much a matter of course for you as the confident use of MS Office.
