The role of HR Assistant will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the Client Delivery Squads, enabling them to work with our clients efficiently and effectively. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a number of sectors leading to career development within the delivery squad.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Providing HR administrative support to the Client Delivery Squads, enabling them to work with our clients efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for administration of HR systems, creation and maintenance of HR documentation (handbooks, policies, letters for clients); understands context and impact of decisions and actions.
- Building strong relationships with the employees and associates in the Client Delivery Squads through your reliable execution of foundational HR activity and your customer focus.
Qualifications:
- Ideally CIPD Foundation (Level 3), or equivalent
- Relevant HR Administrative experience in SME’s or larger organisations
- Experience with HR systems
- Computer literate
- Highly organised, good attention to detail, able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
