As a HR Generalist (m/w/d) you support the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR relevant goals and measures. You know all internal processes in HR-department, support the HR specialists if necessary and have a good overview of current topics. You know and follow law regulations and company guidelines. You complete your tasks motivated, creatively and independently and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tasks. Your goal is to develop yourself short-term for the position of HR Manager as a retirement-related successor.

 

      Responsibilities:

  •     Working on complete 'employees lifecycle'
  •     Working with works council
  •     Responsibility for young talents (apprenticeship, students, young graduates)
  •     Being Training Leader and responsible for development and training activities
  •     Support in HR reporting
  •     Company integration management (BEM)
  •     Other projects

 

      Competencies & Requirements:

  •       Studies (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
  •       At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
  •       Knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, works constitution and social security law
  •       Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  •       Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  •       Persuasion, assertiveness, personal responsibility
  •       Very good communication skills, high stress resistance and resilience
