About THE ROLE

The HRBP team is responsible for working with the EMT members, leadership teams and people managers to transform, grow and mature their department or division to a scale which, through our associates we deliver the realization of the future strategies and long-term objectives of TH, CK and PVH. The HRBP team are the critical connectors between the needs of the business and the capabilities within HR including other international HRBP teams, COEs and shared services. The HRBPs co create with senior leaders the people plan for their business area and facilitate key cyclical and strategic activities to enable business success. The HRBP role is key in enabling our business transformation and growth.

The Senior HRBP is the strategic HR partner to the business in co-creating and delivering the people plan which will enable business transformation and growth. The SHRBP coaches and guides people leaders to optimize their organization, increase individual and team performance and develop talent. Utilizing business insights and feedback they collaborate with HR CoEs in designing and delivering business relevant HR initiatives. The SHRBP represents one voice to the business for HR, linking HR experts to the people needs of the department. They partner with a team of HR professionals including TA Partner, HR Operations Specialist, People Advisor, TD consultant and Associate wellbeing Specialist to ensure effective service delivery and initiative formation for their relevant business area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and co create the People Plan for the organization based on the business strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the business and People Analytics.
  • As an active member of the functional/ departmental leadership team, translate the People Plan to Strategic Workforce Planning and identify future capacity/capability/talent needs.
  • Leverage expertise in Organization Design and effectiveness to constantly diagnose the root cause of capability gaps and to bring solutions by creating the most efficient org design for the team.
  • Support business transformation by partnering with various senior leaders on the light beam streams.
  • Partner with the business leaders in driving and elevating key People Practices such as performance, talent, succession, retention, team effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Coach leaders on managing and developing teams, high potential talents, leadership and functional capabilities in the organization as well as managing performance.
  • Partner with TA, EX, TD, C&B and HR operations teams to deliver a powerful customer experience.
  • Partner with the HR COEs in delivering relevant HR processes and policies based on insights and feedback from the business, to address critical organizational challenges.
  • Be the proactive voice within the HR team to ensure the HR strategy is aligned with the business strategy.

  • Experienced Business Partnering professional including experience in key projects including organizational design, effectiveness, workforce and strategic planning and change management
  • Commercially driven and high levels of business acumen
  • Proven experience of influencing across teams of HR to deliver positive change
  • Strong curiosity of business strategy, performance and levers for opportunity to improve
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly
  • Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
  • Change agent; proven experience of initiating, implementing and leading successful change, in partnership with all stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mind-set and natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes, systems and technology; result oriented & forward thinking.
  • Familiar with UK employment law
