  • ...provide strategic HR business partnering for the Munich-based CTO and IT leadership team, advising on HR and employment matters, including people management, performance management, succession planning, and strategic personnel development.
  • ...evaluate HR key figures and implement target group-specific measures, collaborating on IT-related learning and development strategies.
  • ...proactively support HR life cycle processes, focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and developing internal HR standards and guidelines.
  • ...work closely with the recruiting team to build scalable recruiting programs, support IT recruitment efforts, and manage personnel costs and budgets.
  • ...lead national and international HR key projects, including salary benchmarks and culture and change initiatives.
  • use and maintain HR systems.
  • support with workplace design, project and future strategies.
  • ...stay proactively informed about HR trends and tendencies and how they can benefit the organization and ensure compliance with local legislation, applicable industry standards, and company policies and guidelines such as the Code of Conduct.

  • ... a BA or MA degree in IT, or a related field.
  • ... sound HR expertise with at least 8 years of professional experience in various HR functions, including as an HR Business Partner or a comparable position within IT.
  • ... strong IT knowledge and understanding of IT environments.
  • ... good knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
  • ... familiarity with proven and innovative human resources management concepts and methods.
  • ... proficiency in MS O365, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • ... experience with agile project management methodologies.
