📝 Responsibilities:

• Company Culture: Deploy creative ideas, initiatives and programs to create and maintain a strong company culture.
• Employee Development: Create an employee roadmap to support the development culture of the company.
• Recruitment and Staffing: Develop strategies and manage the hiring process.
• Employee Relations: Address concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and support improvement plans.
• Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure legal compliance and manage policies.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer programs and conduct salary reviews.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong HR Personality with experience in HR Strategy.
• 3+ years of HR management experience.
• Knowledge of DACH region labor laws.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in German and English.
