HR Manager – 12 month fixed term contract
Our Client is a market leader in their field and a great local employer in the County Down area.
Due to a maternity absence they wish to appoint an experienced HR Manager.
This is a true HR generalist opportunity, a stand-alone HR Management role for a 12 month fixed term contract, April 2025 to April 2026.
Starting in April 2025, the successful HR Manager will have a great handover with the current HR Manager and work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, driving the company’s organisational culture, employee experience and talent strategy for the year to come.
This is a stand-alone, autonomous HR role which requires an experienced HR professional with well-rounded experience of the full range of HR activities – culture, engagement, employee wellbeing, policies, benefits, employee relations, recruitment etc.
