HR Manager role - Brand new due to growth

£45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Working for an incredibly exciting business who have been rapidly expanding, we are recruiting for a HR Manager to join their Manchester team. This role is super varied, and will suit someone who has worked in similar roles with a broad remit.
Key overview of the role
- Day to day management of employee relations issues
- Working closely with Managers within the business and assisting with recruitment - end to end
- Benefits and rewards management
- Assisting with payroll (pension contributions, amendments onto system etc)
- Onboarding new starters and assisting with leavers
- HR projects
- Working on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Reporting on HR activities across the business
- Mentoring of a junior HR professional
Requirements
Ideal Experience
- You'll have worked within a generalist HR position previously, preferably for a business who have gone through growth or change
- Strong ER experience
- Recruitment experience, and able to deal with new starters and leavers
- Employee engagement and passion for employee wellbeing
- HR contracts and reporting
- Influencing skills, empathetic and commercially minded
- Ideally CIPD level 5 or above qualification
- Flexible to travel to different sites when required
