HR Manager role - Brand new due to growth 
Stockport/hybrid 
£45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits 
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Working for an incredibly exciting business who have been rapidly expanding, we are recruiting for a HR Manager to join their Manchester team. This role is super varied, and will suit someone who has worked in similar roles with a broad remit. 

Key overview of the role

  • Day to day management of employee relations issues 
  • Working closely with Managers within the business and assisting with recruitment - end to end 
  • Benefits and rewards management
  • Assisting with payroll (pension contributions, amendments onto system etc)
  • Onboarding new starters and assisting with leavers 
  • HR projects
  • Working on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives 
  • Reporting on HR activities across the business 
  • Mentoring of a junior HR professional ​


Requirements

Ideal Experience 

  • You'll have worked within a generalist HR position previously, preferably for a business who have gone through growth or change 
  • Strong ER experience
  • Recruitment experience, and able to deal with new starters and leavers
  • Employee engagement and passion for employee wellbeing 
  • HR contracts and reporting 
  • Influencing skills, empathetic and commercially minded 
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 or above qualification 
  • Flexible to travel to different sites when required
