About the role:
As Payroll Manager for EMEA & APAC, you'll lead payroll and HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional support for our global team. You'll work on exciting projects to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful improvements in HR processes.

Your mission @ Aircall:

    • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, and off-boarding.
    • Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and support reporting needs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies across all HR operations.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
    • Support audits by preparing required documents and records related to HR operations.
    • Manage end-to-end international payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely salary delivery.
    • Work with our payroll provider to ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Facilitate seamless payroll transitions during onboarding and off-boarding.
    • Maintain accurate employee records while safeguarding sensitive data.

Desirable

    • Experience in multi-country payroll operations, especially across EMEA and APAC.
    • Experience with tools like Papaya, Netsuite, Monday.com, and BambooHR.
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure precision in all payroll operations.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines across multiple time zones.
    • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.

Required qualifications and skills:

    • 3 years of HR experience, or equivalent qualifications.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR or similar).
    • Fluent in English.

Preferred:

    • French language proficiency.
    • Experience in a tech or multinational environment.
    • Familiarity with international payroll processes.
£35,000 - £45,000 a year
